The Lake and the Dam
Just a short walk from our hotel, Lake Ternay and its historic dam are among the natural highlights of the surrounding area. Built in 1858 to supply the town of Annonay with drinking water, the dam is now one of the must-see attractions of the Green Ardèche region.
The 3.8 km (2.4-mile) walking trail that circles the lake, lined with majestic Lebanon cedars and giant sequoias, is perfect for a leisurely stroll or a peaceful moment immersed in nature during your stay with us.
Our Story
Our hotel is housed in a building dating back to the 1920, which has served many purposes over the years before becoming the hotel and restaurant it is today.
Purchased in 1985, the house has undergone extensive renovation and expansion since 2005, transforming it into a 4-star hotel that combines charm, comfort, and authenticity.
A new wing was added, featuring spacious guest rooms, along with an infinity pool carved into the natural rock and seamlessly integrated into its surroundings, offering guests a unique and tranquil setting.
